We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.

We use only essential cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To respond to your enrollment inquiry and provide course access information
  • To process payment and deliver the purchased course
  • To maintain a record of your consent (legal compliance)
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our contact form

We do not:

  • Sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties
  • Use your data for automated profiling or decision-making
  • Send unsolicited marketing emails (you will only hear from us about your inquiry)

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you explicitly tick the consent checkbox before submitting the form.
  • Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — processing your contact details is necessary to fulfil your course enrollment request.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — basic server logging for security and fraud prevention.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except:

  • Hosting provider — our website is hosted on servers; the hosting provider may process server log data solely for infrastructure purposes under a data processing agreement.
  • Legal obligation — if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms.

6. Retention Periods

  • Enrollment inquiry data — retained for up to 3 years after our last communication, then securely deleted.
  • Consent records — retained for up to 5 years to demonstrate compliance.
  • Server logs — IP addresses in rate-limiting sessions expire after 1 hour; server access logs are retained for up to 30 days.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Server-side input validation and sanitisation
  • Rate-limiting on form submissions

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR (EU / UK)

If you are in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your personal data where there is no overriding legal reason to retain it.
  • Right to restrict processing — request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@liferevive.click. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (e.g., the ICO in the UK, or your EU member state's DPA).
